Welcome to Greener Corner. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Orders & Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required at checkout through our secure Shopify payment system.
Greener Corner reserves the right to cancel or refund any order in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, system errors, or incorrect pricing.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We offer same-day delivery 7 days a week for suburbs located within 10km of Melbourne CBD.

Orders must be placed before 1:00PM AEST to qualify for same-day delivery.

Orders placed after 1:00PM will be delivered the next available day.

Deliveries are made between 2:00PM – 7:00PM (time requests are not accepted).

Our flat-rate delivery fee is $22.95 per order.
Deliveries are fulfilled by third-party courier partners. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, hospitals, or parcel lockers.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, couriers will leave the package in a safe, shaded spot at their discretion. If the location is inaccessible or deemed unsafe, the order may be returned and a redelivery fee of $22.95 will apply.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Inaccessible properties (e.g., secured apartments without instructions)

Adverse weather, traffic, or other courier-related issues
Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations are permitted.

3. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-Day Happiness Guarantee, allowing you to request a one-time exchange or store credit if your plant isn’t quite right. Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. This can only be done in-store at our South Melbourne Market shop.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.
4. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, as plants are natural and living items, there may be slight variations in size, shape, or colour.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value or contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.
5. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, product descriptions, logos, and text, is the property of Greener Corner and is protected under Australian copyright laws. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
