If your plant isn’t quite the right fit—whether it’s the size, look, or vibe—you can request a one-time exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. No hard feelings, no hassle. Proof of purchase required.

✅ What’s Eligible:

• You’ve contacted us within 7 days of receiving your plant.

• The plant is still in its original condition—healthy, undamaged, and re-sellable

• You can only return it to us at the South Melbourne Market store

🔁 What You Can Choose:

• One-time exchange: Swap your plant for another from our collection of equal or lesser value.

• Store credit: Not ready to decide? Get a store credit to use anytime online or at our market stall.

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

• Plants that have been damaged after delivery (e.g., overwatered, exposed to heat/cold, dropped).

• Custom orders or sale items (unless faulty).

• Changes of mind beyond the 7-day period.
