• Orders placed for Click & Collect will be prepared and ready for collection within 2 hours during our regular trading hours.

• You will receive a notification via email or SMS when your order is ready to collect.

• Please do not visit the store for collection until you receive this notification.

2. Collection Timeframe

• Once notified, you may collect your order during trading hours only.

• We recommend collecting your order as soon as possible after notification.

• If you are unable to collect your order promptly, please contact us to arrange an alternative collection time.

3. Identification and Verification

• Please bring your order confirmation (printed or digital) and valid photo ID for verification at the time of collection.

• We reserve the right to refuse collection if identification cannot be provided.

4. Product Availability and Quality

• All Click & Collect orders are subject to product availability at the time of purchase.

• Indoor plants are natural products; slight variations in size, shape, or appearance may occur.

• Please inspect your plants upon collection and contact us immediately if you have any concerns.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for orders collected by a third party without prior authorization.

• Once you have collected your order, responsibility for the product transfers to you.
